The Southern Cone Church of the Nazarene, is experiencing a wonderful time of revival and renewal. All the ministerial staff are taking on new challenges to extend the Kingdom of our Lord to the ends of the earth.
A vision grows when all of the ministerial staff are unified in purpose. The network of Nazarene Ministries is consolidating the planned objectives into short, medium and long term goals.
One of the challenges is to increase our growth to 100% by 2011. Uruguay, a country with 2 districts, has assumed a project of greater outreach called “Vision 20/20” or “20/20 Vision”. The purpose is to grow by 700%. This vision is to gain 20,000 members by 2020.
Yes! We can do it! This was the unified shout, as the leaders of the churches in Uruguay unanimously embraced the project, 20/20 Vision. Yes! We can do it, is the challenge we are hearing throughout the Southern Cone when we see the hand of God, and the Holy Spirit beginning a work of renewal in so many places. |
The Church of the Nazarene in Chile, Argentina and Uruguay has taken this challenge under the power of the Holy Spirit. Considering this:
1. The harvest is ready.
2. The church is living the Great Commission.
3. the church is willing and ready to do whatever is good:
