(NCSA Venezuela) From August 28 to September 1, the beautiful mountains and landscapes of Jiraquito, in Yaracuy state, Venezuela, witnessed the 2018 “Equipped for Living” Nazarene Camp. With the representation of the Venezuela-First, Llanos, Andean, Lake and Center Districts, exceeding the expectations of participants, the camp received approximately 560 people.
We had the participation of the president of the Global NYI Council, Adiel Amadeu Teixeira, from Brazil, who was one of the invited preachers and encouraged all to be equipped to live in obedience, forgiveness, holiness and for the Lord’s call. We thank Pastor Adiel for his enthusiasm and passion with which he transmitted the Word these days.
For each Nazarene in Venezuela, the camps that are held each year are a way to unite us, to be filled with the Holy Spirit, to see miracles of conversion and transformed lives, as well as lives called to the ministry. All this through workshops, preaching and times of fellowship. We give thanks to the Lord because many young people, adolescents, children and couples have obtained tools to be equipped to live according to the purposes of God in our country.
