(NCSA, Argentina) Graduation for the class of 2020 was held from Nazarene Theological Seminary of the Southern Cone (STNS CS by its initials in Spanish) with a spirit of celebration and thanksgiving to God. Students from a variety of programs graduated.

The ceremony was held on Saturday, December 12, 2020 at 8:00 PM. Due to the health emergency and the necessary social distancing for the COVID-19 pandemic, the ceremony was held virtually using Facebook and YouTube. A total of 26 students received their degrees in the following programs, Diploma in Theology, Bachelor’s in Theology, and License in Theology. The graduates are congratulated for their success, knowing that God will use them greatly in His work.

General Superintendent, Dr. Gustavo Crocker was the invited preacher for the occasion. Other officials from the church of the Nazarene were present including, Dr. Christian Sarmiento, Regional Director of South America; Rev. Alessandro Polonio, Field Strategy Coordinator for the Southern Cone Field; Dr. Jorge Julca, Rector of STNS CS and South American Regional Coordinator of Theological Education. Numerous Superintendents were present who wished warm greetings and congratulations to the graduates from their districts.

The ceremony’s program included songs of worship, testimonies from graduates who represented their classmates from the different academic programs, the message from the Word of God, along with encouraging words and prayers for the graduates. Thanks be to God for this graduating class in the Southern Cone Field, for their effort and dedication to finish this phase in their ministerial preparation, being faithful to God’s call on their lives.
