(CNSAM Ecuador) March 16th, 2018, the Nazarene church plant in Latacunga, Ecuador, under the leadership of Rev. Marcelo and Viviana Fretes, had the opportunity to meet with more than 200 students of the Ecuadorian Air Force, where they spoke on the topic of addiction.
One of the members of the new church, Christian Diaz, shared a testimony of how God rescued him from alcoholism and drug abuse. The church members also performed a theatrical piece that impacted the students. To conclude the event, under the direction of Rev. Marcelo Fretes, the church members were able to counsel students that had a desire to speak with someone.
It is an enormous blessing to see how God is opening doors for His church, making it possible that different sectors of society are being impacted and transformed with the message of Christ. We pray that the fruit we see here continues, and that others are able to hear the testimonies of the amazing work the Lord has done in their lives.
