(CNAS Chile) On Saturday, April 7th, the Nazarene Biblical Seminary celebrated the inauguration of their 2018 Academic Year with a Theological Conference. The keynote speaker was pastor and professor of Brazil Nazarene Theological Seminary, Vinicius Couto. He addressed two very pertinent topics: Free Will and Predestination and Contemporary Challenges in the Church.

In attendance at the conference were students, pastors, professors, and brothers and sisters from all four of the districts in Chile. It was a full day on the campus of the NBS in Santiago that included a fellowship lunch for those in attendance of the conference.

The Nazarene Biblical Seminary takes on the task of forming future ministers in the Church of the Nazarene in Chile and is present in all four of Chile’s districts through extension classes (ETED), online education and also through videoconference. The institution offers program studies for Basic Theological Studies and a License in Theology.
